Bhopal is approximately 700 km from Delhi via NH-46 — roughly 10 hours by road or overnight bus. From Indore it's about 200 km (~3 hours). The city is well connected by state highways and national routes, and app cabs are readily available for the transfer from any entry point into the city.
Bhopal Junction is one of India's busiest and best-connected railheads. The Shatabdi Express from Delhi takes approximately 8 hours; trains from Mumbai run around 10 hours. Multiple daily services connect Bhopal with Indore, Jabalpur, Nagpur and Hyderabad. From the station, Safal Retreat is a 10 to 15-minute cab ride.
